Here are few well know factors that we must checkout before signing a job offer. 1) The most important thing to do is to evaluate the offer like checking on the job description and analyzing if it would be apt for one’s career growth in the current market apart from considering salary package, working hours, perks, leave, retirement plans. Another most main thing is to look out at health insurance plans and also make sure to have one good work life balance. 2) Lets note that some compensation package might be negotiable and so it’s better to set a meeting to discuss on the offer and negotiate on things which can be. 3) Its always the best to conduct a search and check out the market reputation of the firm as it will provide a grounded insight on the pros and cons of working in the company. 4) Another highly essential factor is to check out on the career development prospects of the position and if there are any potential training opportunities.  5) Additionally, it’s necessary to plan out on the travel requirements for the position and check if there are options for travel reimbursement or costs that be possibly covered. 6) Understanding if the extra working efforts could be compensated with a complimentary off or even understanding if there could be working from home benefits. 7) Its also very crucial to check out on job stability especially its wise to choose a permanent role other than a contractual job. 8) Checking out on the employee reviews on the company to understand if there could be a salary or performance appraisal to meet on the job satisfaction. 9) Next being aware of the Team and the co-workers will shed light on the dynamics and management 10) Finally also checking on the office culture if they are any extra-curricular or any innovative work that you can deliver to supplement your professional growth.
