HACKS TO LEAD A HAPPY LIFE..!!


My Humble Pranams to All. Everyone seems to want a happy life and its natural. Being happy simply makes one look good and everyone deserves to be happier. In today’s world its estimated that around  6.8 million people suffer with depression and anxiety and being happy is essential to not only fuel success but also to let our brains feel motivated and creative and by simply following these tricks we can change ourselves and thus have the potential to change other lives by spreading happiness and ultimately leading to let us live a healthy life.  So, lets first know why we need to be Happy? Be happy for 1) There are people who truly love you unconditionally 2) Be thankful and happy because we are still alive 3) Being happy makes you a lot more productive 4) Rule of happiness is that if you are happy, you make others happy and 5) Being happy improves quality of life and leading to a long healthy life. Here comes a few ways on how to lead a happy life 1) Laugh: Right from our birth we had cried and there is always some or other reason to cry but happiness is purely a choice. Find something that makes you smile. It can be reading a comic or listening to some comedy shows and this way our short-term happiness can instantly boost our immune system and our mood. 2) Listening to Songs: We all have few songs which we can instantly connect to and we feel happier when we listen to it. Sometimes it could be a very stressful day and playing on your favourite upbeat will definitely do all that magic to boost your energy levels. 3) Go Outside : Another trick is to go out and get some fresh air and this can be either walking through your garden or taking a deep walk down your street and or even may be a long run or at least doing some form of exercise and this way we not only feel energetic but a lot of happy hormones or endorphine is released into the body thus making one feel happier and healthier. 4) Recollecting on happy memories: it could be those childhood days or being nostalgic by going through some pictures that could be bring all the happiness and optimism about your future.  5) Meditation:  Many studies reveal that meditation demonstrates abilities to lead happy life and also helps to deal with stress better. Please check on my other blog to know more on mediation. 6)  Sleeping: Sleep is good for all of us and researches show that people who are happier tend to sleep better and vice versa. So, its best to keep off our smart phones and grab a good book to curl up in bed peacefully. 7) Spend time with your loved ones: Don’t lock up yourself instead share laughs with people who appreciate you or with people who you will motivate you. This way of sharing in healthy manner will help us feel better. 8) Giving for others: True happiness is in doing things for others while expecting nothing in return. Try to help others genuinely and this way will make us feel more contented. 9) Learning to say No: We should have to live for other people but charity begins with yourself.  We can never do things for others sacrificing on our desires. So, learning to say no is essentially a key to happiness. 10)  Accepting Things: understanding that everything in life is transitory and not gripping too tightly to certain things that don’t depend on us would certainly give us happiness.!! Ultimately the secret of happiness lies in letting every situation be what it is, instead of thinking what it needs to be and making the best of it.!!
