KARMA AND WHAT IS WORTH DOING IN LIFE??

My Humble Pranams to all...!! Firsly, I would like to thank to my brother in law, Mr.Stephan Raja for encouraging me to write on this. There are many philosophical and religious beliefs related to Karma but here I am just penning down my thoughts and my assumptions on it and It might relate or not even relate to the existing assumptions but my notions are this. I relate Karma with the law of conservation of energy and its concept is that "Energy can neither be created nor be destroyed but it can be transformed from one form to another." Similarly, life in itself is one form of energy and when we die the energy is not destroyed but it will get transformed into some form of energy and it will remain as per scientific theories. And if we do many good things in life we can create a positive energy and like so if we do bad things we create negative energy.  For example, If we do any good deed today and when we are in our late 30’s, 40’s or even 50’s and think of that same good deed done we will get immense happiness and similarly when we do a bad deed we can get momentary pleasures but when we think of it later and we wouldn't feel happy about the same thing. So it’s very important in ones life to do a lot of good actions and main point of doing it is to feel happier and to have a good mental health. Scientifically doing a good deed will increase our lifespan and also serotonin level or anti-depressant levels. Ultimately it will also provide us a sense of purpose. Remembering this popular phrase, “You reap what you sow” every living creature will face the consequences of their own deeds and karma only teaches us our own individual responsibility. And one who truly believes by this law, will start relying on his own will power and work for well-being and happiness of all.
