DEALING WITH JUGDEMENTAL PEOPLE
My Humble Pranams to All...!! In this world where
there are different sorts of people that we come around on daily basis, have
you come across a judgmental person? Sometimes we might ourselves be one but we
can recognize if someone judges us constantly and if their energy doesn’t make you feel
good then how can we cope this up? Here are few things that we can discuss on to
keep up our sanity. 1) Let’s not take anything personally. Sometimes people
tend to act like they know everything or they are just God’s gift to world or
only they know how to deal everything in a right way. Let’s just not take up
their negativity and toxic words to heart. Remember people tend to speak in a
certain way what they end up speaking to themselves. It’s better to listen once to what the other
person says but not react or to be immune to their actions or opinions. 2) Its
always best to be empathetic of those people instead of being harsh like they
say people show out what they have inside of them and so it always better to
treat everyone with love, empathy and respect and so we are happy internally.
3) Focus on people who appreciate you and love you and use your time to love those
who love you unconditionally. Be it your parents or your siblings or your besties
spend each moment with people you value and so we feel good at the end of the day. 4) Life teaches us everyday
with a beautiful lesson. Spend your time in learning the best from everyone
like learning to be silent from talkative, tolerant from intolerance, kindness
from unkind and strange people and so enrich life with beautiful experiences.
5) Always express gratitude when you lose control over your thoughts then we
will start to assume responsibility for everything that comes our way so that way we can correct what can be corrected and change accordingly. Finally lets
start the change from us and lets not judge anyone without knowing their whole
story and many times we might assume that you had understood everything about
someone but you might not have not done it really.
