My Humble Pranams to All...!! Today let’s decode Spirituality and its benefits. Spirituality is a feeling or belief of realizing that there is some greater power in world than oneself. In other words, it just opens up of one’s heart and it’s a feeling that helps to recognize that our role in life has a greater value than what we do on daily basis. The main essential aspect of being spiritual is that it mainly helps one to cope up with the change or uncertainty in life. It also helps one to be positive and gives inner peace and makes one egoless and provides optimism, harmony, simplicity, justice, reciprocity and also makes one responsible. Living a spiritual life also makes us to be more compassionate and empathetic towards others and helps to develop better in-depth personal relationships. It is a strong human experience aspect. Being religious in turn in life demonstrates one’s personal development because it merely just provides us with the guidelines for one to act correctly on this planet. Religious values in the spiritual dimension provides guidance for sustainable lifestyle and wellbeing off society. Studies show that spiritual people flourish faster and helps to attain self-actualization. Now let’s see how we can improve our spiritual health. 1) Let’s look for deeper meanings in life: Lets sit down and think about things that could make one achieve fulfillment and analyze patterns that will help to contribute to healthy or happy life. 2) Positive thinking: Begin to view things in a positive manner and eliminate negativity and reframing our thoughts and situations and being hopeful at all times. 3) Taking time to meditate: Meditation gives a greater relaxation and also improves one’s wellness.
